A Little Bit About Me
I am a communication specialist with extensive experience in the humanitarian & development sector. I have provided communications support, training and leadership to a diverse range of organisations from Community Based Organisations, National NGOs to International NGOs.
In 2025, I successfully helped several NGOs affected by the USAID Stop-Work Order leverage communications to position themselves for new partnership and funding streams.
I work to deliver impactful communication products, campaigns, and content that drive engagement and yield expected results. I also provide strategic communication leadership to senior management and project leadership teams while ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

June - December 2025
Mentored OAK Foundation funded organizations in Zimbabwe on how to effectively position themselves for partnership and new funding streams. I supported these organizations develop effective donor engagement strategies and improved their capacity in communications for enhanced visibility, and donor outreach.
March - October 2024
I have mentored and built communication, branding and fundraising capacity of Fashion Revolution country teams in Zimbabwe, South Africa and The Philippines. Fashion Revolution is a global organization that campaigns passionately for a clean, safe, fair, transparent and accountable fashion industry.
May - December 2023
I was the lead trainer in Taking The Lead Initiative – a project by Fundraising Training UK and Mob Lab Collective. I provided capacity building support in areas of communication and fundraising to 43 Refugee focused organizations across East Africa. I supported these organizations develop and implement effective communications & fundraising strategies for donor engagement and resource mobilization.
January - March 2022
In 2022, I supported Constitution and Reform Education Consortium (CRECO) Kenya set up their communications department. I developed the job description of their communication officer, developed their communication work plan, spearheaded the recruitment process, and inducted/mentored the successful candidate.
