A Community Library That Is Opening Up Possibilities

The recent USAID stop order has severely impacted NGOs, highlighting the urgent need for funding diversification. Local fundraising represents a significant, often untapped opportunity for organizations to reduce their reliance on foreign aid. Some years ago, I worked with around 150 local organizations to build their capacity in local fundraising and the results were incredible. Many of these organizations today fund 30% of their activities through local resource mobilization.
